The total investment volume of Pirelli in the development of the Kirov tire plant will amount about 100 million euros. The part of the sum has already been put up: the investment program is timed for the period from 2011 to 2015.

The project purpose is the increase of a production share that will be produced under the Pirelli brand. If now only 7% of the Kirov tire plant production corresponds to Pirelli brand within the implementation of investment project by 2015 the share is planned to be increased up to 38%.

Thus the government of the region is obliged to grant a row of tax benefits to the enterprise, join to question solution of repair of access roads.
